I found this quiche recipe that was served at my cousins wedding shower many years ago while sorting through my Grandma’s recipe box. Just about any tame or wild veggie, such as ramps, fiddlehead ferns or nettles could be substituted or added to the asparagus. It is written in my grandmother’s hand. Enjoy!


Sounds good. I believe I have that one but mostly wondering just how much of each ingredient. I did have a recipe that called for fiddlehead ferns but can’t find it. Won’t be trying it this year as will be north too late but it did call for fiddleheads and mushrooms and was from Grandma Elsie. Think dandelion greens would be good to use too.
